1. Who Oruva is for
Oruva is intended for adults who have independently decided that fasting is appropriate for them. Do not use Oruva if fasting is unsuitable for you or if a qualified health professional has advised you not to fast.
2. Not medical advice
Oruva is a timer, reminder, and personal record. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose or treat any condition, prescribe a fasting schedule, or decide whether fasting is safe for you.
If you feel unwell, stop fasting. Seek appropriate medical help when needed. Never use a timer as a reason to ignore symptoms or professional guidance.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your decisions, device settings, and use of Oruva. Choose plans conservatively, keep wellbeing first, and use accurate information when recording a fast.
4. License and acceptable use
Oruva gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices connected to your Apple account, subject to Apple's rules. Do not copy, resell, misuse, interfere with, or attempt to reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Purchases
Oruva Pro is planned as a one-time in-app purchase. Apple processes purchases, refunds, and purchase restoration under the App Store terms. Final availability and local pricing will be shown by Apple before purchase.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change as Oruva is tested and improved. The app or website may occasionally be unavailable. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
7. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Oruva is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy and support
Read the Privacy Policy for data practices and the Support page for current help information.
