1. The short version
- Oruva does not require an account.
- Oruva does not sell personal data or show advertising.
- Oruva does not include a third-party analytics SDK.
- Your plan, personal reason, fasts, and reflections are stored locally on your device.
2. Information stored by the app
Oruva can store your weekly day and time, duration target, reminder choices, personal reason, fasting sessions, completion state, and optional reflections. This information is stored on your iPhone and is not sent to an Oruva server.
3. Notifications
If you grant permission, Oruva schedules reminders locally on your device. Apple delivers those notifications through iOS. Oruva does not use a remote notification profile to track your activity.
4. Purchases
Optional Oruva Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Oruva reads the purchase entitlement needed to unlock Pro features. Apple handles payment details under its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Deleting your data
You can delete fasting history inside Oruva. Removing the app deletes its local data from that device, subject to any device backups you control through Apple. Oruva does not keep a separate server copy to delete.
6. Website privacy
This website does not use advertising, behavioral analytics, account forms, or marketing cookies. The hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. Oruva does not use that information to create personal profiles.
7. Children
Oruva is intended for adults. It is not directed to children and is not a tool for deciding whether fasting is suitable for any person.
