A simple fasting tracker that stays simple

Oruva focuses on the moment most fasting apps bury: keeping one chosen weekly commitment without turning it into a diet dashboard.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

What makes a fasting tracker simple?

A simple fasting tracker lets you plan, time, and record a fast without requiring calorie logs, weight goals, social profiles, or a subscription.

  • One weekly plan
A day, time, and duration you choose.
  • One clear timer
Elapsed and remaining time without dashboard noise.
  • One private reason
A reminder of your own intention during a difficult moment.
  • One honest record
Completed, intentional, and wellbeing endings all remain visible.

Why Oruva does not use streak shame

A streak can make one ended fast feel like failure. Oruva instead shows weekly consistency and records what actually happened. This keeps the app useful for reflection without encouraging someone to ignore how they feel.

Is it private?

Yes. Oruva has no account, advertising, remote health profile, or third-party analytics SDK. Plans, personal reasons, fasts, and reflections stay on the iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is it free?

The weekly plan, timer, reminders, ten-minute support flow, and four recent fasts are free. The planned Oruva Pro upgrade is a $19.99 one-time purchase for unlimited history, weekly insights, and CSV export. There is no subscription.

What it does not promise

Oruva does not promise weight loss or health outcomes. It does not recommend fasting or decide whether it is suitable for you. Review the wellbeing guide and use individual professional guidance when needed.
